Can I be assured that my information is safe with DIPS?
  • We take your consent before forwarding your CV to any client. Hence, you are always in complete control of your information/CV.
Post CV Submission
When can I expect to hear back from DIPS if I have uploaded my CV or applied for a specific position?
  • If your CV is shortlisted by our recruitment team then you shall receive a call from us before forwarding your CV to the client. Alternately, if you would like to get in touch with our recruitment department, then please contact us.
  • However, if there is no suitable vacancy available for you then we shall keep your CV in our database & get in touch with you once we figure out something meaningful for you.
Do I have to pay any recruitment charges to your consultancy if I’m selected for a position?
  • We do not take any charges from the candidate.
If my CV is shortlisted, how will I be interviewed for the position?
  • It will be either a face-face interview or a telephonic interview.
What documents do I need to bring for the interview?
  • At the time of interview, please carry the following along with you -
    • Updated CV
    • Passport Photo – 7 copies
    • Color copy of valid passport
    • Original and copies of education and training certificates
    • Experience Letter from previous employers
    • Salary slip of last 3 months

Who should I contact as I’m having trouble logging into the candidate portal using my user name &password?
Should I resign immediately once I’m selected for the applied position?
  • All candidates are requested NOT to resign until you receive the initial offer letter from our client company and the employment visa. Please note that receiving an employment letter from the client company is not an assurance of employment.
How long does it take to get the visa issued?
  • It generally takes 4 weeks for the whole process of documentations including medical examination to process.
Will I be able to get my family?
  • Yes. In accordance with the UAE labor law & depending on your salary , you will be eligible to bring your family once the residence visa is issued.
What are the necessary items to bring at the time of joining the employment?
  • Original education/training certificates.
  • Experience Letter from previous employers.
  • Marriage Certificate (If married).
  • Copies of passport size photographs.
  • Candidates are also advised to carry some extra cash along with them while travelling to any country.

Please note that DIPS shall not be responsible or associated with any candidates who have been taken legal action by the country’s law or the prospective client. Also, candidates are advised to adapt themselves to the legal & socio-religious laws of the country.
